Expository Text (Blog 14)

Today,we learned the last lesson with Dr.Usa.We earned a lot of knowledge.

The first,The teacher taught about Expository Text.She explain the meaning of the lesson,is written to inform the reader about specific object.In my opinion,This lesson quite difficult because Expository Texts contain more difficult vocabulary and concept than other lesson.Then,We did a lot of practices such as the internet and society,how to cope with insomnia,and synonym the words.We had finished our practices.The teacher told our about we should read the book for examination and wrote the dairy every weeks in your blogger.

My feeling with the teacher.

When I had learn with Dr.Usa,I felt very fun and happy because she high technology that convenient for the studens.I like every her lesson because the text easy to understand and not bored.In my opinion,she is very punctual and she always teach the students to be a good person. she is a good role model for the students.

Problem and Solution (Blog13)

Problem And Solution

Today,I had A Discourse Approach in Reading.I learned about Problem and Solution.The first,  the teacher gives the new sheet for my friends and me.Then,The teacher explained about the meaning of Problem and Solution. I was confused but I try listened the teacher.After that,myfriends and I did the exercises,they was difficult but we try to did it.In addition,the teacher taught about discourse markers and punctuation.The last,the teacher talked about the learn experience.I had fun.

Exemiplification (Blog12)

Today,I had A Discourse Approach in Reading.I learned about This morning,I learned about exemplification.

In the morning, the teacher answered the old exercise about the species of whale.Then,my friends and I started learning.The teacher explained about the meaning of exemplification. The texts were not difficult because the teacher taught discourse marker.So,we seen discourse marker in the text.

The last, The teacher ordered us did the exercise.We We read the text and answered the questions.After that we had lunch.

In the afternoon,my friends presentation about how to cook. So,my friends and I felt hungry.We ate many food such as Lab kay,Yum kana kung sod,and sandwich.The food was delicious.I enjoy with them.They made me full and fun.

Today,I learned about Definition and Classification Before learning, the teacher explained the details about them for comprehensions to us. She talk clearly and easy to understand.The text is not too difficult.My friend and I did the exercises together.

The last,my classmate presentation about food.It’s yummy and interested.The first group they made Chocolate syrup.It was good smell.The second group they made Soda drinking and the last group they made American fried rice.We had fun and enjoy cooking.

Today,I had A Discourse Approach in Reading.I learned about cause and effect lesson.Cause and Effect is used to show how the facts or concepts result due to other facts,events or concepts.I will see this words in sentence such as cause,conection,factor,impact,and effect.Then,the teacher explained about the meaning of cause and effect.I was confuse but I tried read more and more.

The last,my friend and I presentation about how to cook fruits salad.I felt exiting and not confident.My classmate like my video.I’m pound so much

Today,I learned about comparison and contrast lesson again.My teacher answered homework.Then,the teacher taught comparison and contrast.Today,we learn quickly because the university had the Open House NPRU,the teacher told us that she had to joined the festival. She ordered us seeing the campaign in NPRU open house.There are many  activities and shows such as Asian,Buddha,Democracy,Art,and English.My friend and I took a lot of photos.We earn many knowledge.I had fun and full.

Today,I learned about comparison and contrast lesson.The lesson was difficult for me because I confused and I don’t know vocabularies in the text.My friend describe to me.We tried to do exercise and read more and more.I think It is difficult for me.

Today, the teacher taught us about procedure.The first,she explain the purpose of procedure.Procedure or instruction is accomplished though a sequence of actions or steps.Then,she told us talked with my friend in topic my favorite food and How to cook? How to direction? We had great fun.I felt hungry because I did not had breakfast.She taught the directions omelet.I like this lesson because I like to cook.Today I earned many knowledge.She teach us easy to understand.

Unit 3 Descriptive (Blog 6)

Today I had learn about descriptive.The first,teacher told us talked with my friends about your favorite animals.I told my friend that I like a cat because It's so cute but naughtily.A cat like to eat mackerel and sleep all day.Then teacher thought about komodo dragon,It's a giant monitor lizard.I had know about descriptive of komodo dragon.I had fun.After that teacher tought the place in Europe such as Budapest and Prauge.It make me understand in the story.

Unit 2 The narrative (Secrets by Tim Winton ) (Blog5)

Secrets by Tim Winton

My friends and I had a discourse approach in reading. First, the teacher told us to read the narrative. The story is Secrets by Tim Winton. In the story, there was a girl name Kylie. She lived with her mother and her stepfather (Philip). She felt left out from her mother and Philip’s activities. She became interested in the chicken in the yard. Somehow her secret helps her to felt less lonely. She found a second egg and then friends out where others are being laid by an unhealthy-looking hen. One day her mother and Philip left her alone. She went to the yard, there was the well that thirty-six deep. She sat near the well and looked her photo album. She missed her father. Two weeks passed. She began to lift the lid of the well. Every day, she went down into the well and looked her photo album. She saw the chicks that was from the eggs. One day Philip found her in the well. He came down and dragged her out. Then, he hit her. That evening, Kylie put the chicks into a cardboard box and dropped them down into the well. The hen was hit and dropped them down into the well too. At the end of this story Kylie took her photo and cut off her head. Then, she thrown it away.

 -I feel sorry for Kylie because she left out from her father.

 -I dislike for Kylie’s mother because she didn'’t care her daughter.

-I dislike for Philip because he was violent with child.

   If I were Kylie,I do not kill the chickens and I will go out to play with friends and talk with my mother.In freetime I would like to do activities with my mother such as see the movie,cook,plant the tree,and listening the music.

Unit 2 The narrative (Blog 4)

On Sonday ^th December 2013

I had a discourse approach in reading class.The teacher taught us the narrative.

I made up class with Dr. Usa. She taught me about the Narratives.The teacher taught the purpose and text organization.She ordered to activity before studied the topic The Secreat by Tim winton.I think,the lesson quiet difficult because the story have many difficult words.

In my opinion, this making up class is useful. It made me develop my vocabularies and grammar.

Unit 1 Recount (Blog 3)

On Monday 25^th January 2013

 I had a discourse approach in reading class.The teacher taught us the recount continue.

The first,the teacher taught the text in topic An Excursion to Botanic Gardent and answered the questions.She allow share the knowledge to my friends.I had great fun.

 In my opinion,the unit was difficult because I don’t know the vocabularies. I will develop myself by read the book more and more. :D

I had a discourse approach in reading class.The teacher taught us the recount continue.The first,the teacher checked  answer homework and gave the new sheets for us.She taught the purpose of recount,text organization and language features.After that she ordered to us read the text and answer question in topic My granpa’s funeral in Toraja.When I read the story.I was very excited and funny because It made me get the new knowledge.

In my opinion,the unit was quite difficult but very fun.I will develop myself by read the book more and more. ^ ^

Unit 1 Recount (Blog1)

Recount

On Monday 18th January 2013,It’s day began all of learning. The first,the teacher introduced the course and discussed the details.Teacher taught about recount and how to use discourse markers in the sentences. For instant,another,in addition,but also,furthermore,etc. After that we take a break for 15-20 minutes and the teacher gave us do the practice exercises.On worksheets ordered to complete the sentence of each paragraph by using the word in the box and math the words with the correct genres of text.The teacher ordered to discussed with my friends.She was very kind and I had great  fun.The last,the teacher gave the sheets for us.It was homework.In my opinion,The unit was quite difficult because I don’t know the grammar and the vocabulary.I try to do the practice exercises.

I thing relax at the sea. When I arrive the beach

I have a lunch and eat seafood. It very fresh and delicious. After that we ride bicycle around the beach.

And take photos. We have  great fun. Is a great memories one time. 

Unit 4 Telephone Messages(1)

On Thursday 17th January 2013.

I had writing for communication class. Teacher thought about telephone message learned conversation such as when a friend wants to say hi, when a friend calls because you are late and general conversation. And ask friend and answer .I feel very great fun. ^ ^

My presentation and attitudes.

The first day When In learned in Writing for communication class. I feel very exiting but when I met teacher I’m not exiting because Teacher thought very great fun and easy going. When I learned this subject I fell very happy. Because teacher thought students have a knowledge, morality and good people of social.

 After before learned this subject made I can speak English and communication than barter. The knowledge I have received such as self Introduction, writing about sent e-mail, create dairy and weblogs, making an invitation and Culture of the country. 

When I learned with Dr.Usa I fell very happy. Teacher is very kindness and is my idol for me.

Unit 13 Itineraries presentation

Today In writing for communication class. Teacher test all students in classroom. Before one day the test I read the book very hard for the test. I think it hard and easy but I try to do it. After that my friends in classroom are presentation itinerary of group that they will travel in holiday. 

I have great fun. :)

Unit 12 Itineraries.

Today in Writing for communication class. Teacher thought about itineraries and tour around the world.

I and my friends ask and answer together. I feel very great fun when I speak English with my friend.

Dairy Unit 8 Requests

Today teacher thought about requests and asked with my friends and learned about write notes request from situation such as request sent e-mail massage and letter, Sentence used to ask polite. Today teacher thought understand very great fun don’t serious. ^__^

Unit 4 Telephone Messages(2)

Today In Writing for communication class. Teacher thought about telephone message conversation such as talk about when the person wanted is not at home or the caller leaves a massage and asking to caller to call later. 

I spoke telephone message conversation with my friends I felt very fun because It made me speak English very well. Today teacher thought enjoy and great fun ^_____^

Unit 11 Small Advertisement

Yesterday in Writing for communication class. I studied about rent a flat and choose buy furniture such as bed, sofa, desk, etc I feel good because I can write accommodation and hand-second advertisements and writing small ads precise and clear.

Unit 10 Completing Forms

Today I learned about writing completing form such as when traveling to a foreign country.I can writing  complete form passport in correct.I though this unit it easy if you understand it.

Unit 9 Invitations

Today In Writing for communication class. I study about the invitations. Teacher teach students writing a polite invitation such as invitation farewell party,wedding,birthday  party,seminar dinner,conference reception and engagement celebration.I like to learn this unit because I train writing it get better and I knowledge about writing a polite invitation after that Teacher test about learn unit. I feel difficult for me. But I'm tried to do it.

Diary: Date 13 December 2012 Test

    On Thursday 13 December ago. In Writing for communication class. Teacher had a test all students in class about practice learned such as practice unit 1,3 and 6. I fell  exciting and  very fear because this test very difficult for me . But I'm try to do it. After test teacher thought about invitations.I like studied this unit because result I had learned about a polite invitation. :D

Unit9 Invitations

Today I studied about invitations. Teacher taught me about wrote invitation friend came occasion such as Birthday  Wedding  Congratulation. I fell don't fun because teacher  have a sick.But I understand about teacher taught today.I hope my teacher get well soon :)))
